Who's behind
Tap-Tap.

Two founders who went out and did the work before they built the product.

Joshua Kemp

Joshua Kemp

Co-founder

Joshua is a fourth-year biology student who has always been more interested in building things than studying them. Months traveling through communities across different countries gave him a close look at something most people walk past: the small businesses that make neighborhoods worth living in. Great food, genuine service, owners who know your name, and online profiles that don't come close to reflecting it. He saw the gap between how good these businesses actually are and how visible they are online, and he couldn't stop thinking about it. Tap-Tap is what happened when he decided to do something about it.

Alec Zurhaev

Alec Zurhaev

Co-founder

Alec is nineteen and a sophomore at NYU. He's been building tools since he was a teenager, not because someone taught him to, but because there was always a problem in front of him that needed solving. A year studying abroad in London and Florence showed him the same thing everywhere: the small businesses he loved most were quietly losing ground to bigger players who simply had more reviews. Not better service. Just better visibility. So he built Tap-Tap, then went out and put it in real businesses himself. He mounts the signs, talks to the owners, and watches exactly where the friction is, because that's the only way to build something that actually works.

Client interactions.

We don't ship a box and disappear. We show up, set everything up in person, and stay in touch. These are the people we work with.
