Terms of Service

Agreement

By accessing or using Tap-Tap ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Tap-Tap ("we," "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What Tap-Tap does

Tap-Tap connects to your Google Business Profile and surfaces your customer reviews in a dashboard. For each review, our AI generates a suggested reply. You review, edit if you choose, and approve the reply before it is posted to Google. Nothing is posted without your explicit action.

Review integrity

Tap-Tap is a tool for responding to reviews, not for manipulating them. We do not hide, suppress, redirect, or filter customer reviews based on star rating or sentiment. All reviews synced from Google are displayed to you as-is. Using the Service to violate Google's review policies is prohibited and may result in termination of your account.

Subscription and billing

• Pricing is provided by quote and agreed with you before your subscription begins. Once active, the Service is billed monthly at the rate stated in your agreement.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. Your card details are never stored by Tap-Tap.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for all replies posted to Google under your account.
• Review and edit AI-generated drafts before approving them. AI content may be inaccurate or inappropriate for your specific situation.
• You must have the legal authority to connect and manage the Google Business Profile you link to Tap-Tap.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content as review replies.
• Violate any applicable law or Google's Terms of Service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
• Share your account with others or resell access without our written consent.

Intellectual property

The Service, its design, and underlying code are owned by Tap-Tap. You retain ownership of your business data and any content you post to Google. You grant us a limited license to access your Google Business Profile data solely to provide the Service.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." We make no guarantee that review syncing will be continuous or error-free, or that AI-generated drafts will be accurate or suitable for posting.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tap-Tap is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any content posted to Google on your behalf.

Termination

Either party may terminate the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, access to the Service ends and your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
